Villa Mercan is situated in the sought-after Komurluk area, with breathtaking and uninterrupted views of Kalkan Bay, offering stunning sunsets; the harbour and lights of Kalkan also give a spectacular evening view, especially from the extensive Ottoman cushioned seating area on the roof terrace. The Villa is within walking distance to the historic old town and the abundance of restaurants, bars and shops; the beach clubs are also close by, with the Palm Beach Club literally just 100 metres away!

Notes on bedrooms: 3 of the bedrooms are Queen-sized double beds and 1 bedroom has two single beds.
All the bedrooms have mood LED mood lighting and have en-suite facilities with walk in showers; one shower room also has a bath. All bedrooms have wonderful uninterrupted sea views from full sized glass front and all bedrooms have balconies.

There is a separate laundry room with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron, ironing board, WC, sink and storage cupboards.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Pool Towels, Maid service: Villa Mercan has a deep clean prior to arrival. There is an additional clean in the middle of 2 week stays, when towels and linen are changed. Daily or every other day-cleans can be arranged at additional cost if required. The swimming pool is cleaned daily.

 We stayed at Villa Mercan from 8th - 22nd June 2019 Villa Mercan is in a really good location with absolutely stunning views. It is a short walk into the town, however there are quite a few steps involved in leaving and returning to the villa as Kalkan is set on the side of a mountain. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with lots of little comforts that really make you feel at home. The infinity pool was our favourite spot to watch the boats come in and out of the harbour while keeping cool. The pool and seating area are amazing and are cleaned every day. There are also two more comfortable seating areas one which is located on the roof offering more outstanding views of the sea and harbour. We really appreciated the Welcome pack and the fresh bread brought every day. Helen and Alan were fabulous as well as their local representative, who could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Helen arranged the airport transfers, as we came out of the airport a gentleman was waiting with a board with our name on, he loaded our cases in and gave us all a welcome bottle of cold water. The return was just as easy, taxi arrived 20 minutes early, fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday and Kalkan has a certain charm about it that we have never experienced before. We will definitely be returning to Villa Mercan as we loved it so much. Thanks John and Kerri.

 “My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Villa Mercan! The villa was exactly as it is shown in the photos and the view is absolutely to die for both from the poolside area and the rooftop (not to mention each bedroom!). Communication with Helen was also fantastic - she responded nearly instantly to any queries and also checked in with me a number of times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Lots of thoughtful touches such as fresh bread delivered every morning by the villas agent Fetih. The villa is also in a lovely quiet area - either a 15 minute walk into the main part of town or just a few minute drive away. There was a beach club below the villa on the water which looked fantastic but unfortunately was closed, as we visited in the off season. All in all, I couldn't recommend more highly - we would love to come back again soon!!”
