Situated on a peaceful hillside location, a mere 3 min drive into Kalkan. Sleeps up to 14 adults in 7 bedrooms (plus room for an additional child on the sofa bed in the lounge).

Four ensuite king size bedrooms & three large twin bedrooms all have their own balconies and great sea views.

Downstairs, there's an ultra modern & comfortable open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge space - enhanced by full air conditioning and fast, unlimited wifi.

The outside pool area provides exceptional space for up to 14 people. Plenty of sunbeds, parasols and two large pergolas provide welcome shade from the intense Turkish sun. The gardens are well-established and have sweet scented flowers combined with fragrant orange, lemon, banana and pepper trees.

The pool provides space for fun and exercise, and the outside dining furniture and loungers enable the maximum use of Falcon Lodge's idyllic location.

1st floor: Bedroom 1 & 2 - both super-king double bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms; Bedroom 3 - twin bedroom.

2nd floor: Bedroom 4 - the master bedroom, with ensuite wet room & jacuzzi bath. Bedroom 5 - another super-king double, with ensuite wet room

3rd floor: Bedrooms 6 & 7: twin bedrooms & shared wet room

Beautiful hand made high gloss white kitchen with soft close doors and island breakfast table. Including cooker, hob, built in microwave, American fridge freezer, toaster, water dispenser, dishwasher, kettle & Ipod dock

Utility Room:
There is a large utility room with automatic washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is also a downstairs W/C

Living Rooms:
The lounge and dining area offer contemporary coordinated open plan space. two French doors out onto the pool area creates light & space. Large satellite TV, DVD, I pod dock & unlimited WIFI provide entertainment. There is plenty of seating for 14 including a sofa bed.

Other:
The adult pool has easy Roman steps for ease of entry, and a built in a Jacuzzi system adds to your relaxation relaxation. Although a children's pool is provided it is essential that children are supervised at all times

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Clean towels and linen are provided weekly and a mid stay clean can be arranged for an additional cost. The villa has approximately 15 steps down to the entrance & may not be suitable for less able individuals. All rooms have air-conditioning
