Falcon Exclusive is a 7-bedroom villa (all bedrooms with ensuite) in a superb location, which sleeps up to 14 adults (plus room for 1-2 children) people in style and luxury with wi-fi, superb infinity pool, uninterrupted sea & mountain views (every living area and every bedroom has a sea view).

The design and build quality of Falcon Exclusive Villa are exceptional.

The location is enviable - obviously you have to be high up in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan to get those views, but Falcon Exclusive is perfectly situated in a peaceful location, a mere 3 min drive & only a 20 minute downhill walk to the delights of Kalkan Old Town!

There are five levels to Falcon Exclusive Villa:

1. Basement:
Under-pool games room with gym equipment, table-tennis table etc.

2a. Ground floor (outside):
Stunning pool terrace with outside dining table and chairs under shaded canopy, various shaded areas, large infinity pool with graduated depth from 0.30 m to 1.5 m. Plenty of stylish, comfortable sun-loungers, parasols, pool shower, BBQ and gardens to side and rear.

2b. Ground Floor (inside):
Huge lounge/kitchen/diner; open-plan kitchen, flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV channels, iPhone dock.
Dining table for 14 people.
Copious seating in lounge area including large corner-sofa and several easy chairs.
Separate wc and utility room with washing machine. Full-width windows opening onto pool terrace.
Stairs leading to first floor.

3. First floor:
Two double bedrooms, each with king size bed and additional sofa-bed
One bedroom with twin beds.
All three bedrooms have ensuite shower & w/c; one of the double bedrooms has a bath
All bedrooms share the full width balcony with pool and sea views.

4. Second floor:
Two double bedrooms, each with king size bed and additional sofa-bed
One bedroom with twin beds.
All three bedrooms have ensuite shower & w/c; one of the double bedrooms has a bath
All bedrooms share the full width balcony with pool and sea views. Bedroom 4 & 5 with double bed, (and a sofa bed)

5. Top floor:
The penthouse/master bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite shower / wc and unrivalled views from a balcony on three sides, with table and four chairs, parasols for private dining!

Full Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Weekly maid service and linen change on changeover day.
