'Mavi Inci' ('Blue Pearl') is a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment on the highly sought after Emir Apartment Complex (formerly the Hotel Mina). The complex is made up of just 19 privately owned apartments and offers superb views over the town and bay. The Emir is located a genuine 5-10 minute walk from banks, shops, harbour and beach, buses and taxis and the wonderful choice of restaurants for which Kalkan is famous.

Mavi Inci is accessed via steps in the complex but is on the ground floor and has a large gated private terrace at the front with a comfortable seating area and ample outdoor dining furniture for guests to dine al fresco.

The fully air conditioned apartment offers a spacious open plan lounge and an updated, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-fi internet access is provided, along with TV with Firestick, a DVD player, a Bluetooth speaker with ipod dock, plus a CD player with radio and aux connection for your ipod or phone. You will find a selection of DVDs, CDs and books at the apartment too.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. One bedroom has a king size bed, and the other can be configured as a twin or super-king. Each bedroom has bedside tables, a wardrobe and a dressing table, with stool, mirror and a hairdryer. The twin/super-king bedroom has a modern ensuite shower room with WC, sink unit with lit mirror and a walk in shower cubicle.

Completing the apartment is a second bathroom - a modern wet-room style shower room with WC with built in bidet, large sink unit with lit mirror above and a large walk in shower area where the shower has two adjustable massage jets, a rain shower head and an integrated hand shower.

Linen, towels and beach towels are provided along with a basic welcome pack containing a few groceries and hand soap, loo roll, washing up liquid and washing powder.

The complex itself is in a quiet, yet central, location and boasts 2 large swimming pools, one of which features a children's paddling area. There are ample sunbeds and parasols for guests to use on the numerous spacious communal terraces - laze away the day or enjoy a glass of something cold as you watch the sunset over the bay or the moon rise from behind the mountain. The views are breath-taking!

The Emir complex has permanent onsite English-speaking Management/security staff, and your rental includes daily rubbish collection, and a mid week clean and linen change per week of rental.

Airport transfers can be organised on request but if self driving or hiring a car during your stay there is parking outside the complex. The location of the apartment means that a car is not essential.
