Deposit: We require a booking deposit - normally 20%, minimum £200 - together with some booking information. We require payment of the rental balance no less than 12 weeks before arrival, together with a refundable security deposit of £200. (This £200 "breakages" deposit will be fully refunded if the apartment is left in the agreed state described in the contract. We are certainly not concerned over the odd broken plate or glass, but the accommodation has been finished to a good standard and the refundable deposit goes some way to helping us to protect our assets)!
