Villa Falcon is a charming 3 bedroom villa (sleeps up to 6 adults) on the very popular Falcon Villas site. It's small complex with a great pool and in an enviable central (but peaceful) location, with sea views from the villa and the pool area; every bedroom has a balcony with a sea view.

All of the Falcon Villas have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, downstairs cloakroom and bedroom balconies with sea views.

The kitchens in each villa are fully equipped with a full size cooker, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and a kettle.

Each villa has its own private terrace complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining in case you decide to cook for yourself instead of just popping out to the myriad of local restaurants.

A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children. Another bonus, particularly during the height of the summer, is that each villa is fully air-conditioned with individual units in the lounge and each bedroom.

Falcon Villas can be booked individually or in any combination; please enquire if you wish to book more than one.

The Falcon Villas site is a genuine 5 minutes walk to the beach and one minute to the supermarket. There are 3 pharmacies nearby; also a dentist and doctor's clinic a few minutes' minutes walk from villas.

The villas share a large communal pool, 16m long and 8m wide with a shallow end. There are ample sun loungers and pool side tables by the pool.

There is a full complement of bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels provided, and the villas are cleaned weekly.

Falcon Villas are family-run with a nice, friendly and relaxing atmosphere making them ideal for families or friends that want to holiday together then retire to their own villa at night.

There is always someone on hand if you need help - the site is family-run by the owner.

Additional Rate Info

If you need to cancel or amend your Booking you must write to us or email us as soon as possible. A cancellation shall not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing or via email from you. Guests cancelling up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday shall receive a refund of 50% of the Balance Payment. Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday shall receive a refund of 25% of the Balance Payment. Guests cancelling within 4 weeks of the Arrival Date shall receive no refund. The Booking Deposit element of the rental is always non-refundable.

The Falcon Villas site is a genuine 5 minutes walk to the beach, two minutes to the Old Town and one minute to the nearest supermarket!
