Property Details

Dalora is a luxury, 3-bedroom duplex apartment, which was new for 2017.

There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin, all with en-suites and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen and utility including a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday including microwave, toaster and Nescafe gusto coffee machine. One of the double bedrooms is on this floor and has large patio doors that open on to a large terrace by the private infinity pool. The lounge consists of comfortable seating and TV which includes a full UK sky TV/ music package together with free Wi-fi. Again there are large patio doors, full width of the lounge opening on to the large pool terrace, which includes a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Dalora has a large infinity pool with plenty of space for 6 sunbeds, parasols and bean bags followed by a further terrace with an outside shower and yet more seating area and garden for guests to enjoy the sea or mountain view or the beautiful sunsets in the evening.

On the upper floor is the second double master bedroom which has a balcony, perfect for sitting and enjoying the sea/town views. The twin room is also on this floor and benefits from patio doors opening on to an extensive wraparound terrace with superb sea and mountain views. Hair dryers are supplied in each bedroom, together with linens and beach towels. A number of travel plugs have been provided for convenience but we recommend bringing one or two of your own.

The whole apartment is simply but tastefully decorated. It is situated close to the petrol station, perfect if you have hired a car although it is not necessary and also close to the bus station. Dalora is in a quiet residential area allowing for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle but also benefits from being close to several supermarkets and is only a 10 minute walk in to the old town, passing many cafes, restaurants and bars and a further 5 minutes to the beautiful marina again with its plethora of bars, shops and restaurants.

Dalora is a comfortable, beautiful apartment that we love and hope our guests will too.

Deposit: 25% if booked more than 6 weeks in advance, full payment if less. A security deposit of £200 is to be paid with the balance and will be returned 1 week after departure if all is in order

Cancellation: We will make every effort to re-let the property in whch case all monies will be refunded less a small administration fee of £30. However, if we are unable to re-let, we have to advise you that you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Additional Notes: The apartment will be made ready for guests arrival, a two week period will have a full mid-stay clean and change of linens and towels. Extra cleans: full apartment clean and change of all linens and towels paid locally, guests will be charged at £35.00 per clean (160 TL) Check-in: 16:00 / Check-out: 10:00 Late checkout may be possible please enquire with owners. Max. occupancy: 6 Max. adults: 6 Parties/events not allowed Pets not allowed If villa keys are lost, a charge will be made to the guest to have locks changed

 Dalora is a Dream! Six of us, (three couples) stayed for a week in June and had a fantastic time. The weather was fab and we couldnít find fault with the apartment as it had everything you needed; all bedrooms are en-suite and all fixtures and fittings were of high quality. The water cooler was a lovely touch and even a washing machine! Kalkan is a lovely place with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We are already looking forward to going back next year.  Beautiful Home from Home Our first visit to Kalkan and we loved the resort. Quirky and friendly with a massive choice of restaurants, outside drinking and places for cocktails. The cobbled streets were beautiful, all buildings were painted different colours, ivy and flowers overhung from balcony's and the streets were lined with lighting. It had a lovely Italy feel to it. Dalora was perfect for our stay. It had a villa feel and was very spacious. Everything was supplied which you would expect in a home from home rental. We loved the outside space. Comfy sun loungers and beanbags and other outside furniture. In the evening before we would go out we would sit on the cushioned rattan furniture at the end of the garden with a few drinks and a beautiful view of Kalkan. While we were there we used a lot of the local services. The owners were really helpful and gave us details of how we could get shopping delivered and gave great suggestions on the best restaurants. I wish I remembered the name of one in particular, but there was a great one on your way back up the hill that we ate in twice and then the night we were leaving we brought it back as a takeaway. We are already looking at booking our 2020 break there. We would have loved to go in 2019 but they were booked up for the dates we wanted to go. Date of stay May 2018
