**HEATED POOL FOR 2022. From the moment you arrive at Villa Destiny you appreciate the emphasis on outdoor living, with spacious sunbathing areas surrounding the 10m x 5m infinity pool and jacuzzi. The terrace dining area, which can seat up to 10 people; and the pergola, where pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed, create a beautiful outdoor ambience.

Villa Destiny has something for everyone - we hope you enjoy it! There is even a bread delivery service every morning should you require and guests can also take advantage of our pre-order of food and drinks which we can have waiting for you in the Villa on your arrival.

Living area:
Leading from the main terrace, you enter the designer kitchen fitted with modern appliances and black granite worktops. Another dining area here accommodates 8 people. A lounge on this floor offers comfortable sofas with satellite TV with English Channels, iPod/iPhone docking station and a selection of books. Cushioned furniture is provided on the balconies and outdoor areas for those quiet tranquil moments. For the more active there is a pool table, table tennis, and PS3 with games.

Outside:
Villa Destiny has gardens encompassing the front and back of the property with planted shrubs and fruit trees. There are many relaxation areas with outdoor furniture in which to find your own peaceful space to admire the views or unwind with a book.

The outdoor 10m x 5m private pool with jacuzzi (both can be heated) offers a surrounding tiled patio area which have sunbeds and parasols. There is also a shaded pergola that has lighting with Rattan furniture and an undercover dining area which can provide seating for 10 people. A barbeque is also available.

Outdoor lighting is supplied around the villa and at the front of the property. There is an external CCTV system and house alarm. The villa also has a pool table and table tennis for those outdoor sports enthusiasts. An outdoor shower is also located near the pool area

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Towels, tea towels, pool towels, bed linen all provided. Cleaning and linen changes are arranged on a weekly basis, therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and towel change is carried out on each week along with a clean on your 7th day with towel and also bedlinen change. If staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and towel change will be carried out , however, extra cleaning can be arranged for a small additional fee. Please ask for details

Other:
From the Living area there are stairs leading down to 2 bedrooms and stairs leading up to 2 further bedrooms.

Notes on accommodation:

Ideal for 2 or 3 families or 4 couples with bedrooms situated on the ground and top floor, with a shared living space and pool area on the middle floor.

All 4 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, mirrors and dressing tables. Three bedrooms equipped with LCD TVs. Styling hair dryers are provided in each bedroom for your use.

All rooms are air conditioned with hot and cold temperature control.

No smoking inside the villa.

Due to the infinity pool (1.65m depth, no shallow end) and infinity jacuzzi we advise that children are supervised at all times when in and around pool/jacuzzi area and around terraces and railings by a responsible adult. No inflatables in pool please, due to infinity edge.

A garage is available at the property.

Location

Only 15 minutes walk (or a few minutes taxi ride away) from the shops and roof terrace restaurants of the quaint old town of Kalkan. Immediate vicinity restaurants are only approx 6 minutes walk away.

Facilities

Ideal for 2 or 3 families or 4 couples - ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1st floor has living/dining/kitchen area and pool area and 2nd floor has further 2 bedrooms. Plasma TV in Living Area with PS3 and Games and CD/Ipod docking station. Villa also has a Nespresso Coffee Machine; you are welcome to bring your own Nespresso capsules or they can be purchased from our Management Team

2 foldup beds with mattresses are also available (rental charge £25 each) - these can be used in Bedroom 3 along with Superking Size bed for a family with 2 children or should 4 or 5 children wish to share that room or alternatively 1 foldup bed can be used in Bedroom 3 and 1 foldup bed can be used in the Master Bedroom allowing Villa to accomodate up to 10 people.

There are steps up to the main entrance to the villa and the 3 floors within the villa may prove difficult for those with mobility considerations.

 Villa Destiny is a beautiful, well equipped Villa with a gorgeous pool and lots of outside areas. We really enjoyed being able to walk down to Kalkan most evenings as there are so many great restaurants and it was easy and cheap to get a taxi back up the hill at the end of the night. Taxis, food deliveries and often restaurants could be booked via Whatsapp which was so convenient. Julie (the Owner) was so helpful - she always responded very promptly to any questions and was extremely accommodating when Covid changes where necessary. She arranged airport transfers, boat trips, shopping deliveries and recommended excellent restaurants and Beach Clubs. Thank you Julie for making our holiday just perfect - we will definitely return.

 Villa Destiny is a beautiful place to stay with panoramic views and plenty of space and everything you need. It's lovely and quiet but yet not too far away from the town. We have stayed in quite a few Villas but this was the best. The pool was huge and the cleanest we've had, There are lots of different outside areas to sit , all with comfy seating and shade if needed. Everyone in Kalkan goes out of their way to help including delivering a full English breakfast to your door (Café Vita) or last minute shopping (Deniz). There are so many amazing restaurants in Kalkan you're spoilt for choice. Kalkan Beach Club is great - we went twice - and you have to do a boat trip. Julie is the most helpful person I have booked a Villa with. She responds quickly and provides you with plenty of information to make sure everything goes smoothly and she really cares that you have a good holiday. We would definitely stay at Villa Destiny again :)

 This was our 4th stay in Kalkan but the first at this Villa. In this region with the hot climate, most important is the outdoor space and the air conditioning.The outdoor space here was the best that we had encountered in Kalkan - great sized pool, table tennis and pool table. The space is well organised to provide shade and sun throughout the day - superb. Apart from the early glitch which was speedily resolved, the air conditioning provided all that was needed of it. The resolution of the problem was testimony to the efficiency and speed of an efficient Management Team for whom nothing seemed too much, again - superb. Finally a few words on the ease of communication with the Owner. Of all the times that I have booked Villas over the years, the experience here was 'top of the class'. Everything that needed to be thought of was and made the whole experience seamless,
