3 Bedrooms; sleeps 6: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. (stunning views). Bedroom 2 is a spacious twin bedded room ( stunning views) Bedroom 3 is a small twin bedded room

Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms, 1 Separate WC; newly refurbished en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC, wash basin. Family bathroom with screened shower WC and washbasin . Downstairs WC with washbasin.

Notes on accommodation:

Air conditioning units are provided to all bedrooms and the lounge/dining room. These can be used for cooling and heating. The lounge dining room has a stone open fireplace. The Patara Prince Resort is built on a fairly steep hillside and is not suitable for wheelchair access or the infirm.

Outside: The very spacious wraparound terrace with shaded areas has ceramic floor tiles and a built in barbecue. There is a dining table with six chairs and also a Turkish-style settee and two armchairs for relaxing and enjoying the uninterrupted panoramic views. 4 wooden sun loungers with cushions are provided for guests.

Bouganvillia, hibiscus and many more beautiful flowering shrubs grow around the terrace where there are stunning views across the bay.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels and linen are changed weekly and the maid service also attends weekly.

Location

Manzara Evi is located near the top of Patara Prince Resort which is a short distance from the D400 on the road to Kisla. It is just across the bay from Kalkan Town. It is a 20 minute walk into Kalkan or 5 minutes in a taxi. There is also a shuttle boat from Patara Prince Resort to Kalkan marina at a small cost. This runs every day except Sundays up to 7.00pm or sunset , whichever is earliest.

Access is available to all of the amenities of the resort, which include:-

A water sports centre.
There are three restaurants and two bars in the resort.
Also included is a health spa, with Turkish bath and indoor plunge pool; a gym and beauty salon.
Manzara Evi guests enjoy a 25% discount on food and drink purchased in the Patara Prince Resort (deducted when you settle up at the Hotel reception).

For day to day needs there is a well stocked on site supermarket.
