Villa Siri is a beautifully presented, extremely spacious, 3 double bedroom (all en-suite) villa, that stands in a large plot in the beautiful area of Kisla, Kalkan. Situated in an enviable position with a large landscaped garden, private pool and spectacular, uninterrupted sea and bay views from all rooms, balconies & roof terrace.

Totally renovated with all new furniture and equipment in June 2019, this fully air conditioned property has just become available to rent.

Villa Siri sleeps 6 people very comfortably in 3 double en-suite bedrooms (one of which an be set up as a twin) and a 7th person can be accommodated using a fold up z bed. A spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining room leads out to a pergola covered dining terrace with bbq for alfresco dining . The living room also has a large airy terrace with comfortable seating - no better place to watch the boats coming in and out of the harbour and to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The well-equipped, modern kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, juicer and water cooler and all the utensils you might possibly need to self cater. We have included a collection of oils, condiments and spices for your convenience. There is a dining table and chairs next to the kitchen area with views out to sea. There is also a small cloakroom/WC on the ground floor.

The first floor of Villa Siri has two of the double en-suite bedrooms, both enjoying views of Kalkan and the sea. One bedroom has a king size bed and also has the option to be set up as two singles. The other room has a double (Queen) bed. The stylish bathrooms are spotlessly clean and have showers, WC, sinks, mirrors and storage. They both share a balcony with sea views and set up with a table and chairs.

The master bedroom with king size bed, occupies the whole of the top floor with two terraces with seating and loungers and spectacular views of Kalkan Bay. This room also has a small kitchen with fridge, kettle, coffee maker and microwave and water dispenser - handy for a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine on the roof terrace.

Free WiFi access throughout. TV (including UK and Sky channels), Bluetooth sound bar, DVDs and a small library are provided for your enjoyment as well as books and games.

Villa Siri has an excellent pool terrace and multiple seating areas (with an option for shade) which are all beautifully furnished with new cushioned loungers, parasols and tables. The garden has many flowers and fruit trees. There is garage space available for off street parking.

Jo Jo Beach Club (formerly Kalkan Beach Park) is within 5/6 minutes walk from the villa and the highly regarded Villa Mahal is also close by.

A complimentary welcome pack is provided upon arrival with a weekly clean and change of linen included for stays of 7 days or more. Extra cleaning can be arranged at additional cost if required.

Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience and to save on your luggage allowance.

We have an excellent local English and Turkish speaking management team on call 24/7 during your stay.

We spend several months each year at Villa Siri and so it is furnished and equipped as a ‘home from home’ property. We are sure you will find everything you could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Kalkan is a hilly district and like most properties here, there are various flights of steps around the property as well as unguarded swimming pool. Children must be supervised by an adult AT ALL TIMES.

Location

The villa stands in a large plot in the quiet and beautiful area of Kalkan called Kisla. This is a wonderfully peaceful location and yet the restaurants, nightlife and amenities of Kalkan are only a matter of minutes away giving you the best of both worlds.

Closer to home, there are several dining options in Kisla itself within a few minutes walk including the very popular Castle, Fidanka Hotel and others including Bob’s Market and Terrace, a small but well-stocked and super friendly convenience store with bar and terrace restaurant above.

You can walk to many of Kalkan's beach clubs from Villa Siri including Jo Jo, Mahal, Palm Beach and Denizim. You pay a small sun bed fee and then can enjoy the facilities and food and drink for the whole day as you wish.

 Ann and Peter have made recently renovated Villa Siri feel like a home from home. It has every comfort you could possibly need for a relaxing Kalkan holiday. What makes it even more special are the views over the bay from every room and balcony and from a delightful Mediterranean garden. It offers a quiet place to contemplate the sea and the passing boats, to listen to the birdsong, to read a book or simply close your eyes and doze in the sun. We can’t wait to visit again.

 This was our fourth stay in beautiful kalkan and we can easily say that Villa Siri is by far the best villa we have stopped in. Set in the Kisla area of Kalkan, the recently refurbished villa has been completed to a five star standard. There are numerous balconies to view the picturesque kalkan bay, everyone of them giving you a superb view. All of the three luxury spacious bedrooms are en-suite and have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, drawers and most importantly, air conditioning. They also all contain a very useful multi programme fan (very welcoming at night time) The kitchen has been finished to a very high spec and is fully furnished for everything, in case you want to stay in and cook (rather than visit one of the hundreds of superb restaurants in kalkan) The lounge is very comfortable, again with air conditioning, a large television with English TV, loads of DVD’s and plenty of books to browse through. The villa is situated close to two beach clubs, with use of the water taxis into kalkan, and Bobs market (local store) is two minutes away around the corner. The owners Ann and Peter have thought of everything and we arrived to be met by Tamer, the villa manager, who had stocked us up with a lovely food and drinks package. Another great little extra is Tamer will arrange for the pool man/gardener to bring you fresh bread every morning, and sure enough we opened the curtains every morning to find a fresh loaf wrapped up on the patio table. The swimming pool and garden area are just as impressive as the inside space with plenty of sunny or shady areas. Hopefully will be booking again for next year and taking our friends with us.
