This BRAND NEW luxury villa has a state-of-the-art design and is being finished to the highest of standards, to provide an exceptional holiday experience.

This villa's unique and clever design means it can be rented configured as a five bedroom villa for up to ten people OR a four bedroom villa sleeping up to 8. The price is adjusted accordingly (a deduction of £250 pw if the accommodation is restricted to 4 bedrooms only).

Whether you take it on a four or five bedroom basis, the bedrooms are all ensuite, and all have superb views; there are three pools, and no expense has been spared in making this a truly amazing holiday home.

At the time of publishing (March 2019), the villa is still being finished and furnished but we are taking bookings from June 2019; at present, only artist's impressions are available but a full portfolio of photos will be added as soon as they become available.

In the meantime, the prices shown include a special introductory discount on a temporary basis. Once the photos are available, we expect the prices to be increased by around 25%.

Ground floor: king size bedroom with ensuite shower room - a stunning large modern bedroom decorated in cool grey with petrol and teal accents with opaque glass doors through to a contemporary marble ensuite shower room. From the bedroom you can step out through your own patio doors onto the beautiful sun terrace and enjoy a dip in the pool or a cup of morning coffee on the comfy hamman area. This room is accessed via the lounge.

First floor: king size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom - decorated in a cool fresh white and grey with navy accents. The room enjoys an ensuite bathroom where you can enjoy a jaccuzzi bath overlooking the bay with a sea view. From the bedroom you can walk through the full width patio doors onto a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the uninterrupted views over the bay (this room can also accommodate a cot or single bed)

Second floor: king size master bedroom with ensuite shower room – featuring a king size 4 poster bed that is stunningly decorated in fresh white company style in grey and white. The modern large ensuite shower room is accessed through double opaque glass doors. This room has full width patio doors onto a private balcony where you can enjoy a morning cuppa with uninterrupted views across the bay (space to accommodate cot or single bed)
