Beyaz Ay is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom house in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan and part of the much sought after Turquoise Villas development. The villa is situated approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with its water sports facilities.

This stylishly decorated house enjoys beautiful views over the bay and islands. There is a large outside terrace with private pool, eating and seating areas, a stone BBQ and sun loungers.

The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room and fully equipped contemporary kitchen with separate outside utility room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.

On the first floor there is an impressive master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning panoramic views. On this floor there are also two further bedrooms both en suite (one with a bath) and both with private balconies and fabulous views. All bedrooms and living areas have air-conditioning.

The villa is equipped with a TV, DVD player and ipod docking station.

Bedroom one - Large bedroom with hand made extra large bed and twin mirrored wardrobes. Full-length balcony enjoying stunning views across the Turquoise sea with outside table and chairs. Luxury marble bathroom en suite with large shower area.

Bedroom two - Large bedroom with 2 single four poster beds, large mirrored wardrobe and large en suite bathroom with bath and shower above. Balcony with stunning views and outside table and chairs.

Bedroom three - Large bedroom with king size double bed, mirrored wardrobe and en suite shower room. Balcony with table and chairs and another fantastic view.

Bedroom four - The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and features a double bed settee. This room is currently set aside as an additional lounge but easily converts to a comfortable bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower.

Lounge - The ground floor is given over to a multiple level open plan lounge with travertine marble flooring with attached luxurious kitchen area with all normal appliances expected in a modern facility.

Large folding doors allow plenty of fresh air and access to the covered patio area.
