The 3 bedroom Villa Sultaniye offers panoramic sea views and all rooms have balconies from which guests can enjoy the vista. The villa also boasts a beautiful private freshwater pool and very spacious sunbathing area, again with incredible sea views.

Upstairs there is a full size private roof terrace with sun beds and chillout areas as well as an outdoor kitchen. The sun terraces downstairs are specious and furnished with tables and comfortable seating, perfect for an al fresco lunch or evening meal. This is a perfect open space to enjoy a Turkish breakfast, a light lunch or entertain with sundowners. The fully air-conditioned property is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is tastefully furnished throughout.

The Villa’s interior has been designed in a cool, contemporary Turkish style. Quality marble floors are standard throughout and rooms feature attractive interior limestone walls.

The well-equipped kitchen includes everything guests could expect from a luxury holiday home.

Air conditioning is provided throughout all rooms (not just the bedrooms!) which can also be used to heat as well as cool.

There are car parking spaces for those wishing to hire a car (although the property’s excellent location means that car hire is not necessary.

 We have been travelling to Kalkan for a number of years and have stayed in some lovely accommodation but this villa is by far the best we have stayed in. Two minutes walk to the new ‘Old street’ and only 5 minutes walk from The beach. It ticks all the boxes for us as a three generational family. Some can eat in and dine by the pool or on the roof terrace while the younger ones can be independent and safely, not far away. We have tended to eat out every night but we have enjoyed pre and post dinner drinks on the roof terrace watching the stars. We have already booked for next year.
