'Manzarali' Luxury Apartment is based in the prestigious area of Komurluk in Kalkan. It has everything needed for the perfect relaxing or fun holiday including free WIFI and maid service.

The major attraction of this luxurious property has to be the large, private, front and side balcony areas which span the entire width and depth of the apartment. Front Balcony for Sun & Side Balcony with romantic pergola for shade.

Whether you want to sunbathe on the loungers, set up your tripod and camera or easel and paint, eat at the marble top table, BBQ, play cards, read or just relax, drink wine or enjoy a pre-dinner G&T under the romantic pergola; here on Manzarali balcony you will enjoy one of the best sea and sunset views in Kalkan. Don't forget to keep a lookout for Turtles and Dolphins in the bay below.

All rooms have efficient Bosch, quiet air conditioning. All rooms are newly decorated and have marble flooring throughout.

Sleeps four, two bedrooms with, en-suite bathrooms. The double and twin bedrooms both have access to the balconies.

The master bedroom has a safe. Plus, large picture windows with the most magnificent sea view to wake up to.

The cool & spacious twin bedroom has a private patio door, that opens on to the side balcony where there is a Turkish Garden and a romantic pergola, adorned with fairy lights and white nets that drape around Ottoman style sofas.

All new white linen and towels are provided (except for beach towels) and changed twice per week when the whole apartment has a full clean by our lovely, efficient cleaner.

The large, light & airy, open plan lounge & dining area are tastefully furnished with dining table & six chairs plus one three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and an armchair, side tables and lamps plus coffee table, large HD TV & DVD player plus DVDs, reading books and games.

The lounge has huge picture windows that take up the whole of one wall, and open on to the impressive, south facing, front balcony, taking full advantage of the beautiful panoramic view of Kalkan Bay and Harbour plus Mouse and Snake Islands where the sun sets in the evening. WOW!

The recessed kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler and plenty of cutlery, crockery, cookware, and glasses.

In the back storage area, you will find an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.

Finally, Manzarali enjoys a shared swimming pool with a large sunbathing terrace, sun beds, parasols, two poolside showers and WC.The pool area also has free wifi access, never gets crowded and has a fabulous view from the terrace.

Due to steps within the apartment complex, and hilly environment Manzarali Apartment may be unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

The apartment has its own car park; however, a car is not necessary as it is just a pleasant 10 minutes coastal walk to the town or a free boat taxi to the harbour from the fabulous Palm Beach Club that is situated on the seafront below the apartments.

Below the apartment, you will find one of the best beach clubs in Kalkan 'Palm Beach Club' where there is a lovely cafe serving breakfast and or lunch all day. For children and or non-swimmers there is a small pebbled beach where the shallow sea can easily be accessed. From the sunbathing platform, swimmers can get straight down into the deep, turquoise sea and swim across to the pontoon or the fun water trampoline. Alternately you can just relax all day on one of Palm Beach loungers or Ottoman seating areas. The staff at Palm Beach Club are very friendly and always greet and serve you with a smile. Palm Beach Club staff can also arrange most water sports for you. Plus you can catch a free water taxi from there to the harbour and back.

Turtles and dolphins swim around Kalkan bay and beach clubs and love to pop up their cute heads to say hello!

 Outstanding Apartment & Holiday!” My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here in July and it really was a superb holiday. The apartment is exactly as described and was a perfect base for exploring Kalkan. It has all the facilities you need and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. At night we slept with all the windows open as the area is quiet and very relaxing. It's a short walk into town but very close to the local Palm Beach Club. The owner Mavis was very helpful during our stay with recommendations and also assistance at the airport for our transfer. Initially, the plan was to relax and switch off, but the area is buzzing with things to do and so I was able to complete a PADI Scuba diving course and my wife enjoyed para-sailing in the bay. Each day we returned home to a pool-swim and then an amazing sunset on the balcony. The town is wonderful and the locals are so friendly. They were really happy when we spoke some basic Turkish.
